This is my first bottle of SpaRitual. I have to say. I like it. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly. This particular color is a shimmer and usually you need undies and three coats but not with this polish no undies and three coats that dried relatively fast. Also I started using Nubar's Diamond Top Coat which I really like. So this a whole new set of products to me and I am really pleased with both. I was a little in a rut so new products give me a pick up.
So, this seems to be a popular name for a polish I know Deborah Lippman has a color by this name and I saw it somewhere else I just can't for the life of me remember. If anyone knows leave it in the comment box it is driving me a little crazy.
I love this color it flashes pink and a little yellow sometimes but as I look at it I am wondering if it is a dupe for Model's Own Indian Ocean. I will investigate this ASAP and share my results with you. I have no nail wheels right now so as much as I hate it I am going to have to go out tomorrow to get some plus I need to pick up a prescription at Costco. Damn Black Friday.

Polish of Day 40 Butter London Dosh
Ok, so I went a little crazy on Butter London this was the first Butter London polish I wanted then it was Lady Muck, so when I saw it on sale. I had to buy it. It is a snot colored green, really interesting. I definitely don't have anything with it but I can see being able to stamp wonderful things on it, which by the way I am just dying to do but with all these new polishes coming out I haven't had much time to stamp. I have two that I did earlier this month and I am going to have to post them tonight because my computer can't hold anymore pictures and I had to buy 25 gb.
Dosh is a nice color not one you need in your collection but if you like greens then you might want to check it out.

It does have some shimmer and looks good on my skin color so I am happy with it and can't wait to wear it again.

Polish of Day 39 Ciate Cream Tea
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Now that everyone has eaten you can sit back and read the three polish of day's I am behind. I am two behind and I need to post one today. As much as I love family, I hate when they interfere with what I need to do and last week I had to deal with a very spoiled step daughter and a daughter who just is so smart but makes wrong decisions. If your children are young enjoy them and don't be in a hurry for them to grow up they become bigger troublemakers as they grow older. I think all crisis's are past and I will be able to get back to my routine. I haven't even posted any of the stamping mani's I have done.
So, now to polish. Nordstrom is now carrying Ciate nail polish and they are very pretty. I got this one at Sephora but have a couple coming from Nordstrom. This is Cream Tea so I am sure by the name you can tell it is going to be a neutral color and it is. What I do have to say about this polish is that it is smooth and dries very quickly. From another Ciate Nail Polish I have these polishes wear very well you can get a good week from this polish and that is pretty good. I really like them. They are a bit pricey at $15.00. So, when I buy one of these polishes it is a treat and everyone deserves a treat every now and then.

Polish of Day 38 Phoenix by Pretty and Polished
Dakota is a yellow based polish with red glitters. I can not believe I had not worn this before it is really pretty and with colors I really like. I done have a sandy consistency but dries quickly and I only needed two coats. I used Barielle’s Aura Angora as undies. It was not hard to take off either because of it’s consistency. If you like these colors then I would recommend buying this. I think it might still be available at the Etsy store.
How do you feel about indie polishes? Do you like them or think they are just a passing fad?

Polish of Day 37 China Glaze Harvest Moon
Here is a polish that has just faded because it was part of a kind of crappy promotion but when I put it on, it reminded me a little of Butter London’s Shag. So, I thought this one to revisit especially now during fall.
To me this is like a good pair of Levis that you’ve had for so long you wouldn’t dare throw them away. It just a good all around go to polish. No bells and whistles just classic. I might soon need to have a blog sale but you won’t see this one there.

The Nubar Suedes
Here are the Nubar suede's. There are actually quite a few no green or blue that I found. I won these in an auction on EBay for like $18.00 and it had a top coat which by the way is really good. I might change to it. I ordered a bottle because it works really well and I just need a break or an alternative to Seche Vite.
The name of the series of polishes were called Twilight. Might have something to do with the movie but I don’t think so. I’ve had them over a year so I got rid of the package it came in and don’t remember what was on it just that it was called the Twilight series.
Ok, the first one is a light black. Very pretty. Not a dupe of anything. It is called Midnight matte.
This one is called Sunrise Matte. It is a beautiful gold. I haven’t seen a gold in any line.
The last one of the series is called Twilight. It is a silver matte.
The formula for the Nubar goes on really smoothly and sometimes I think Nubar just doesn’t get enough love they have some beautiful polishes but go ignored but that is probably their own fault because of their marketing. The only place to buy them is on e-tailers and they would do great in Ulta or Sephora come on guys. Out of the four lines of suede's I have I feel that these are the best the smoothest dry fast and last longer and the price is not too high. So like if you only want one or two I would buy them from Nubar because it seems they really have the formula down.

The Avon Suedes
Today, I am finally able to post the Avon Suede's:
I am going to start with Touch of Taupe it is a dupe for OPI’s You Don’t Know Jacques which is available for purchase for 25.99 on eBay. Not available on Amazon.
The next one is a dupe for OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Suede. It is called Soft Violet
The next one is not really a dupe for any thing I know. I think it comes close to OPI’s We’ll Always Have Paris. I did not order this one it was just sent to me by mistake and they let me keep it.
Overall these are ok. Application is not the smoothest but they are pigmented and you could get away with one heavy on these. You can’t expect suede's to last as long as regular polish because you can’t put a top coat on. You will usually be lucky to get two day out of them. You can paint the tips to make it look like a French manicure and might get a day more but these suede's are not meant for long wear. That is why I am saying one heavy coat is usually good enough. These are $3.49 a bottle and there are six colors there is a blue, platinum and fuchsia which a I am waiting for. Should be in tomorrow. I hope.
Ciao for now,

Another Macy’s Haul
This haul is a little different than my last haul because I went to the store looked for bargains did not mull over anything and some stuff will probably go back. I cannot stand trying clothes on at department stores or anywhere and if the store does not have a policy that I can return something with a receipt and get my money back I won’t buy no matter how much I like it. I just can’t go into dressing rooms and try things on. My mother-in-law was like that too and I recently met someone who had the same feelings. It is not that I phobic. I just have to wear the garment make sure it doesn’t open in a weird way and make sure it is comfortable.
This is actually a jacket I found at Ross. I was nail polish hunting last Thursday so we went to Ross. This is weird and you might not believe me but Goldie loves to go to Ross but I think it is because we always find clothes for her there. On our way out I saw this and it was 9.99 and thought I can deal with that. Not too young not too old. I already wore once. I just wish I would have had a zebra mani. I was wearing the Jade Magico.
I got this red sweater because my husband bought me a really pretty one last year and when I had my gall bladder taken out my mother stayed at my apartment and did my laundry. It wasn’t even in the laundry and I don’t know where she put it and I am sooo mad about that. I have been searching and I can’t find it. If I call my mother she will act like she doesn’t know what the hell I am talking about but that sweater was special because my husband bought it for me. It isn’t even close to being a replacement for me other than it is red. I had also worn it to last year’s showing of Breaking Dawn Part 1 and planned to wear it this year but I couldn’t because I don’t know where it is. It is really bugging me. Like everyday bugging me.
Then I got this sweater hoping it might help me get over the one my husband bought me but no. It doesn’t. I still like it though because it’s long will look good with leggings.
This is just a really soft cotton light sweater but see how it is longer on the sides. It is very forgiving if you have wide hips.
Ok, this is for the rock-n-roll chick still in me and it was a good bargain.
This is my color haul. Therapist say depressed people wear too much black and gray so in our DBSA meeting we were given the challenge to wear something that was not black or gray. I had to go shopping. That was last year so even though I am not depressed I still needed some color. Just a plain pink sweater but I love items that I can add m;y own little touches to. So this fit the bill.
I know it’s gray but I plan to pair this with a pair of winter white pants I have. That will brighten it. I think it is ok to wear white in winter but only during the day.
This is like a really neat long sleeve poncho shirt. The color was there and I thought of all the different nail polishes I could wear with it. Which made it a winner in my book.
This is an early spring item and it is time to start working on that wardrobe. I fell in love with this because it is red, white and black a color combination I love. I can see this in so many ways and since we do live close to the coast we do go out to the beach and it is a perfect little shirt for a boat ride or lunch on the boardwalk.
Why am I buying a tank like this because it was $4.50. I can wear it with anything and gets hot in Texas.
Another one? How cute will this be with white pants or shorts and in early sprint with a cotton sweater. It was $4.50 also. I hope it fits.
I am really on the fence on this one I only took it because the saleslady said, “Take it home see if you like it, it is only $7.00.” Not sure even if it $7.00 if I don’t like it why keep it. I’ll try it. It is colorful.
Ok, just go with me on this one. White shorts and beige platform sandals. I kind of like it. With a straw hat or no hat. I find myself wearing more hats lately because the sun is just not like it used to be and even wearing some sun screen.
Something again for summer. Colorful and $4.50. I can wear this with anything as long as it fits and the reason I say as long as it fits is because I am kind of big upstairs always have been and sometimes things don’t fit right.
So, this haul came out to be around 200.00 but I had 20% off so it was 160.00. I ordered my jeggings from Nordstrom's because they are on sale there and I am good on shorts, pants and skirts. I am telling after this I don’t shop until mid January and all the Xmas stuff is down. I won’t even shop much online except for polish of course. So, there is my haul. What is your Shopping style?
