I think I might have found a polish that will ease my need for Lynnderella when after reading a post by The Crumpet about Lynnderella. I knew something had happened between Llarowe and Ms. Lynn but hearing the whole story made me really not want to buy another Lynderella. I go on ebay everyday hoping to find a bottle for $20.00 like a couple of people said I could but not true. I have found nothing. Now, I found Glimmer by Erica and it is close to Lynderella. I love this polish. I just placed another order and if you win the giveaway you will get one of these polishes too. It goes on fairly well, two coats is all you need and she makes really pretty colors. If you want to see more of her polish you can find her on Etsy.com. Don't forget the glue because that really works it makes me want to wear glitter polish every day. Forget about the foil and the acetone. Glue is the way to go. For those of you who do not know. You place a coat of elmer's glue on your nail as a base. Once it dries, go about doing your manicure, base coat, polish and a topcoat. When you are ready to take it of gently lift a corner with an orange stick and it will come right off. It is amazing.
So, here is I Heart You.

These have just a two coats of Seche Vite. One thing I am kind of learning is that you do need to press the glitter down before you put the glitter polish, just to make sure it is compact and the seche vite goes on smoother. I did not do it with this but I did it with another glitter polish I used after this and it makes a big difference. I thought the seche vite was was to shiny so I used Essie Matte Coat on the next pictures and pressed the polish down and you can see a difference.
Do you prefer the matte look or the seche vite? I prefer the matte but I think only because I pressed the glitter down. What do you think?
Ciao,
Patty
